Presenters include textile services industry veterans, technology experts and consultants working in business-to-business marketing. They will help participants strengthen external communication to attract better prospects and improve the profiling of existing customers to upsell more accounts. Product strategies will be in the spotlight, portraying opportunities to open new revenue streams with product diversification and capture emerging markets with existing offerings. </div>

Kicking off the presentations will be a half-day workshop, “Increase Sales through Sharing and Serving,” with Jeffrey Cufaude, principal, Idea Architects, Indianapolis. He teaches businesses how to recognize what makes their brands unique and why these are appreciated. This enables sellers to identify the “real jobs” buyers need done, a process that requires developing deeper relationships and more attentive service.
Cufaude’sworkshop will help you focus on your customers and their real jobs, as opposed to concentrating on your products and services. He’ll explain how sharing and serving are the future for increasing sales, adding to his own insights by quoting contemporary thinking from Adam Grant’s Give and Take, Jay Baer’s Youtility, and other thought leaders to get you thinking and doing differently. </div>

The Social Media Community
Manager will take on the day-to-day responsibilities of the social media
presence for multiple agency clients across multiple platforms. This
role will report to the Director of Social Media. The ideal candidate
will have extensive experience using social media, personally and
professionally.<br />

<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span> <br />
<ul>
<li>Implement
platform-specific best practices across various platforms and social
communities including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Google+,
YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Instagram. </li>
<li>Help to develop and execute social media marketing strategies for our clients across a wide array of industries. </li>
<li>Develop
and implement creative and highly measureable social media programs and
campaigns, including guerilla and word-of- mouth campaigns. Track,
analyze, and report on the campaigns. </li>
<li>Community-building around
various topics, industries, products, and brands for our clients.
Foster interactivity, engagement, community growth, expertise, trust,
and loyalty. Seek out opportunities for conversation. </li>
<li>Community
moderation, including answering comments and questions, prompting
further engagement, escalating issues to clients, following up on
issues, and maintaining community standards. Conflict management and
crisis management when necessary. Given our business and the nature of
social media, some weekend, holiday, and off-hours work will be
required. </li>
<li>Develop and execute custom content marketing
strategies for clients, including content curation of relevant articles,
images, videos, infographics and other highly compelling items. Some
copywriting, including creation of conversion-optimized titles and
intros along with social <a href="http://jeffzelaya.com/2013/07/18/seo-for-beginners-by-david-markovich/" target="_blank">SEO</a> copy. </li>
<li>Perform outreach activities,
including developing and maintaining relationships with key bloggers
and other influencers. Leverage those relationships and opportunities
where appropriate. </li>
<li>Execute paid/sponsored media campaigns across multiple social media platforms in conjunction with the media department. </li>
<li>Utilize third-party <a href="http://jeffzelaya.com/2013/05/07/demo-the-vocus-marketing-suite/" target="_blank">social media management tools</a>. </li>
<li>Utilize platform-specific and third-party social media tracking and analytics tools. </li>
<li>Provide reporting on social media key metrics. Track projects, report, and monitor KPIs and social media ROI. </li>
<li>Provide ROI basis for increasing social media budgets through business metrics, optimization, and testing across brands. </li>
<li>Establish, track, and ensure adherence to budgets, launch schedules, campaign and marketing objectives. </li>
<li>Stay bleeding-edge current on the latest news and events in the world of social media and provide appropriate recommendations. </li>
<li>Experiment with new tools and platforms.</li>

<span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="color: black;">We have all
said those words at some point in our lives, the difference is some people are
constantly living in a world of “If Only”; they live a life of constant
regrets.</span></span></span></div>

mindset doesn’t just develop in adult hood it has been a constant pattern throughout a person’s
life. </span></span></span></div>

<span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="color: black;">The young
kid in Elementary School says, when I get to Middle School life will be great. <span> </span>The Middle School student says I can’t wait to
get to High School. The High School student says when I get to college how
great life will be. The College student says when I graduate finally gets a
job, find a partner, and get my own apartment I’ll finally be happy. The young
couple says, when we get that promotion, and we’re able to buy our own home,
how grand life will be. The young parents says, as soon as the kids go off to
college, and we finally have the house back to ourselves we will finally have
an opportunity to really enjoy life. The grand parents says, as soon as we
retire we will have an opportunity to do all the things that we never did. </span></span></span></div>

<span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="color: black;">At some point
in all our lives we have put off doing something until…The politician says when
the campaign is over. The athlete says once this season is over. The farmer
says once the crops come in. The school teacher says as soon as school’s out.</span></span></span></div>

</span><div class="MsoNormal" style="font-size: 19px; margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="color: black;">On their
departure from this life they will look back and say “IF ONLY”. If only I could
do it all over again.<span> </span>I would have
enjoyed my high school days more. I wouldn’t have taken that job for the money,
instead I would have pursued my passion, and I would have chased my dreams. I
wouldn’t have rushed into marriage. I wouldn’t have waited until the house got
paid off. <span> </span></span></span></span></div>
<span style="color: black; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;">
</span><span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">If only I
could do it all over again. I would have smiled more, love more people, forgave
more. I would have travel to exotic places, met interesting people. Taken
better care of myself, exercised more, drank less, and I would have taken more
risk instead of dying with my dreams still inside of me. This is my request to
you. Do not leave your dreams inside of you; give them life while you can.
