SUPPORTING TASKS

· In charge of creating, implementing, training, managing and measuring all marketing and advertising programs; Ops to assist operationally with implementation, training and measurement, e.g. concierge program, 48oz program, etc

· Training and measurement of BDMs and Coaches on marketing at Training Camps or as needed

· Communicate on a monthly or quarterly basis with BDMs

· Implement and manage the use of brand and marketing by properties

· Manage the annual marketing plan process created by our properties to ensure effective marketing

· Responsible for implementing and controlling all social media for corporate and  franchisees

· Obtain annual marketing plans and budget for our properties

· Responsible the development and approval of property promotional advertising

· Work with properties in creating email consistent messages representing our brand for our loyal customer list

· Create communications to our loyal customers from  Corporate

· Communicate and share ideas and best practices on successful marketing events

·  Assist in the preparation of events

· Assist in the analysis and preparation of materials of prospective sites  for developmental purposes

· Responsible for corporate approvals for properties on marketing, advertising, programs, promotions

· Responsible for posting  press articles and marketing related items on donshula.com 

· Ensure success of Coach Shula events as communicated by Vice President of Corporate Development & Marketing

· Responsible for execution of Gift Card promotions

· Owner of Team Shula Loyalty promotions responsible for tracking, sweepstakes, monthly communications and training

· Provide administrative support to Marketing and Development Teams

· Maintain and ensure continuous accuracy of all knowledge management tools for the areas responsible, e.g. teamshula.com

· Manage to company budget

· Work with Operations team to update them on marketing/sales/social media strategies.

· Coordinate property visits with Operations team to maximize effectiveness.  If not visiting with Ops team then asking prior to visit if any follow up is needed.  Also sending Ops team property updates prior to Ops visit.
