Terranova Corporation is one of south Florida’s largest commercial real estate firms with a portfolio valued over $1 billion. Our work encompasses management and leasing of shopping center retail, office, and industrial product. Although we’re all about getting down to business, we are far from corporate. 1. Current student or recent graduate with at least a 3.0 GPA.
2. Willing and able to commit to at least 15 hours/ week for a minimum of 3 months.
3. Transportation to our Miami Beach office.
Travel stipend of $250/ month will be awarded. Time sheets reflecting hours worked must be completed and approved by supervisor in order to receive the stipend. Academic credit can be arranged, but it is the sole responsibility of the student to pursue the credit and seek approval through the appropriate avenues.
DESIGN/ GRAPHICS: Working closely with our in-house Graphic Designer and Marketing Team, the Design Intern helps design and produce ads, flyers, site plans, charts, diagrams, and other materials as they are needed. The intern also attends marketing meetings and learns the various processes used at Terranova. It is required that you be proficient in Adobe CS5 (most work concentrates in Illustrator and Photoshop). Knowledge of Quark is helpful, but not necessary.

MARKETING/ EVENT COORDINATOR: Marketing Interns will work to support our Marketing & PR department as we plan Terranova activities/ events. The Intern will also play an important role in brainstorming, obtaining quotes from vendors, communicating with tenants, drafting press releases, and more. The intern also attends marketing meetings and learns the various processes used at Terranova. The Marketing Internship offers experience in event, internet, non-traditional, viral, and corporate marketing.
