Program Structure

The Retail Leadership Development Program builds leadership skills through an intensive customized curriculum focused on leadership, coaching, and development, while exposing participants to the many aspects of AT&T's Company Owned Retail stores and other functional groups.

Classroom training combined with real-life assignments that include onsite and in-store rotations provide the opportunity to learn from the company leaders and retail experts.
Participants develop supportive, professional relationships that will last long after the program is completed. Future career paths include marketing, sales operations, customer service management and retail sales.

Core components of the program which is conducted in Atlanta at AT&Ts wireless division headquarters, include:

Intensive 6-month focus on developing leadership, management and coaching skills

Program Requirements

Ability to be flexible and resilient as business needs change
Strong business acumen and the aptitude to problem solve
A positive mental attitude
Undergraduate degree emphasizing Business, Retail Management or Marketing
U.S. citizen or permanent resident status
Willingness to relocate to Atlanta, GA for the duration of program and travel to markets as needed
Willingness to relocate anywhere within AT&Ts U.S. coverage area upon completion of program based upon current business needs

3.0 or higher GPA
Prior experience working in retail environment or customer service
